We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all digital product purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date. This guarantee applies to all digital downloads, including printable activities, coloring pages, educational materials, and digital bundles.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at support@tweetycrafts.com with the following information: (1) Your order number or transaction ID, (2) The email address used for the purchase, (3) A brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund. We will process your refund request within 2-3 business days and issue the refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available for purchases made directly through our website. To be eligible for a refund, your request must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date. Refunds may be denied if we detect fraudulent activity, abuse of our refund policy, or if the product has been downloaded and used extensively. We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of suspected abuse or violation of our terms of service.
4. Digital Product Nature
Please note that all our products are digital downloads. Once you download a product, you have immediate access to it. Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot offer refunds for products that have been downloaded and used, unless there is a technical issue or defect that prevents you from using the product as intended. 5. Refund Processing Time
Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund immediately. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method. Processing times vary by payment provider: Credit/debit card refunds typically take 5-10 business days, PayPal refunds are usually processed within 3-5 business days, and other payment methods may take up to 14 business days. 6. Subscription and Membership Refunds
If you have purchased a subscription or membership plan, you may cancel at any time. Refunds for subscription fees are prorated based on the unused portion of your subscription period. For example, if you cancel a monthly subscription halfway through the month, you will receive a refund for the remaining 15 days. Annual subscriptions canceled within the first 30 days are eligible for a full refund. After 30 days, refunds are prorated based on the remaining subscription period.
7. Bundle and Package Purchases
For bundle purchases containing multiple products, refunds apply to the entire bundle. We do not offer partial refunds for individual items within a bundle. If you are unsatisfied with a bundle purchase, you may request a full refund for the entire bundle within the 30-day guarantee period. Once a refund is processed for a bundle, you will lose access to all products included in that bundle.
8. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds: (1) Custom or personalized products created specifically for you, (2) Products purchased more than 30 days ago, (3) Products that have been resold or redistributed, (4) Gift cards or store credits (unless required by law), (5) Products purchased through third-party platforms or resellers (contact the original seller for refunds).
9. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider. Chargebacks can result in additional fees and may affect your ability to make future purchases. If we cannot resolve the technical issue within 48 hours, you will be eligible for a full refund or a replacement product of equal value, at your choice.
